This month I really wanted to write about mindfulness and some tactics to look after your mind. Harnessing mindfulness skills is something I've been aiming to do for a couple of years now.
Being proactive about your mental health whether you have anxiety and depression or not will strengthen your mind.
At first when my mum introduced me to this concept, I was very confused. It did not make any sense. But my discovery into mindfulness has lead me to now tips and tricks in how to bring yourself back to the current moment and simply enjoying the current moment.
It’s taken me almost 18 months to appreciate that I needed to make meditation, staying in the moment and mindfulness techniques.
I hope this month’s mindfulness edition inspires you as much as it has me to embrace mindfulness and looking after your mind. It will be worth it in the long run.
Have a wonderfull day,
Laura
